can help\u300d\u3002<\/p><p>\u6797\u90e8\u9577\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u300d\uff08WHO\uff09\u63d0\u5021\u300c\u4e0d\u907a\u6f0f\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u300d\uff08leaving no one
