letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-letter-spacing ); text-transform: var( --e-global-typography-text-text-transform ); word-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-word-spacing ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u570b\u5bb6\u885b\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u4eca(22)\u65e5\u5ba3\u5e03,\u8a72\u9662\u751f\u6280\u8207\u85e5\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u65b0\u85e5\u7814\u767c\u5718\u968a,\u904b\u7528\u6fc0\u9176\u86cb\u767d\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u6d3b\u6027\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u7684\u7b56\u7565,\u6210\u529f\u958b\u767c\u300e\u591a\u9776\u9ede\u6fc0\u9176\u81e8\u5e8a\u85e5\u7269DBPR114\u300f,\u4e26\u5df2\u57282021\u5e749\u6708\u6280\u8853\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u6717\u9f4a\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u516c\u53f8,\u5c07\u53ef\u5c55\u958b\u4eba\u9ad4\u7b2c\u4e00\u671f\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u3002<\/span><\/p><p>\u570b\u885b\u9662\u8868\u793a,DBPR114\u5c0d\u65bc\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u4e4b\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u6709\u986f\u8457\u7684\u85e5\u6548\u6d3b\u6027,\u5305\u62ec\u4eba\u985e\u53e3\u8154\u764c\u3001\u80c3\u764c\u3001\u809d\u764c\u3001\u5927\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u3001\u80f0\u81df\u764c\u3001\u8180\u80f1\u764c\u3001\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6025\u6027\u9aa8\u9ad3\u6027\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u7b49,\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u809d\u81bd\u8178\u80c3\u76f8\u95dc\u764c\u75c7\u7279\u5225\u6709\u6548\u3002\u9019\u9805\u85e5\u7269\u5df2\u65bc2017\u5e74\u53d6\u5f97\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u53f0\u7063\u8a66\u9a57\u4e2d\u65b0\u85e5(IND)\u5be9\u67e5\u901a\u904e\u3002<\/p><p>\u570b\u885b\u9662\u65b0\u85e5\u7814\u767c\u5718\u968a\u6295\u6ce8\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6fc0\u9176\u70ba\u6a19\u7684,\u5229\u7528\u9ad8\u901f\u5e73\u884c\u5408\u6210\u6280\u8853\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u7d50\u69cb\u8a2d\u8a08,\u6210\u529f\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u65b0\u7a4e\u591a\u9776\u9ede\u6fc0\u9176\u6297\u764c\u85e5\u7269DBPR114\u3002\u6b64\u65b0\u7a4e\u6297\u764c\u85e5\u7269\u5728\u4f4e\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4e0b(0.1~100nM)\u53ef\u6291\u5236\u81f3\u5c1115\u7a2e\u81f4\u764c\u86cb\u767d\u6fc0\u9176\u7684\u6d3b\u6027,\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u516b\u7a2e\u4ee5\u4e0a\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u4e4b\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u5747\u6709\u986f\u8457\u7684\u85e5\u6548\u6d3b\u6027,\u5305\u62ec\u4eba\u985e\u53e3\u8154\u764c\u3001\u80c3\u764c\u3001\u809d\u764c\u3001\u5927\u8178\u76f4\u8178\u764c\u3001\u80f0\u81df\u764c\u3001\u8180\u80f1\u764c\u3001\u651d\u8b77\u817a\u764c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6025\u6027\u9aa8\u9ad3\u6027\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u7b49\u81f4\u6b7b\u7387\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u764c\u75c7,\u6975\u5177\u65b0\u85e5\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p><p>\u6b64\u9805\u91cd\u5927\u6210\u679c\u69ae\u73722016\u5e74\u7b2c26\u5c46\u738b\u6c11\u5be7\u734e\u548c2018\u5e74\u79d1\u6280\u90e8\u672a\u4f86\u79d1\u6280\u7a81\u7834\u734e\u7684\u6b8a\u69ae,\u4e26\u4e14\u7372\u5f97\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u3001\u7f8e\u570b\u3001\u6b50\u76df(\u6307\u5b9a11\u570b\u5bb6)\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u53ca\u5357\u97d3\u7b49\u591a\u570b\u5c08\u5229\u3002<\/p><p>\u6717\u9f4a\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u516c\u53f8\u904b\u7528\u7368\u6709\u7684\u7be9\u9078\u6280\u8853\u6295\u5165\u65b0\u85e5\u7814\u767c,\u5728\u4e8c\u985e\u65b0\u85e5\u53ca\u5168\u65b0\u85e5\u90fd\u6709\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u9032\u5c55,\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u591a\u9776\u9ede\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u53ca\u5927\u5206\u5b50\u5c08\u5229\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u591a\u9776\u9ede\u6fc0\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291\u5728\u816b\u7624\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u7684\u7642\u6548\u3001\u63a7\u5236\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u548c\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u512a\u52e2,\u9810\u671f\u53ef\u6709\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u3002\u6975\u5177\u5e02\u5834\u6f5b\u529b\u7684DBPR114\u65bc\u6280\u8853\u79fb\u8f49\u5f8c,\u5c07\u7531\u6717\u9f4a\u751f\u91ab\u627f\u63a5\u5f8c\u7e8c\u65b0\u85e5\u958b\u767c\u5de5\u4f5c,\u63a5\u7e8c\u63a8\u52d5\u7814\u767c\u6210\u679c\u7522\u696d\u5316,\u570b\u885b\u9662\u4ea6\u5c07\u6301\u7e8c\u626e\u6f14\u5354\u52a9\u7684\u89d2\u8272,\u671f\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u6280\u8853\u79fb\u8f49\u63a5\u529b\u5408\u4f5c,\u80fd\u806f\u624b\u63a8\u52d5DBPR114\u85e5\u7269\u80fd\u65e9\u65e5\u4e0a\u5e02,\u5609\u60e0\u65bc\u75c5\u4eba,\u4e32\u806f\u8d77\u751f\u91ab\u88fd\u85e5\u7814\u767c\u93c8,\u5c0d\u7522\u696d\u5275\u65b0\u52d5\u80fd\u6ce8\u5165\u5be6\u8cea\u6548\u76ca,\u5275\u9020\u53f0\u7063\u65b0\u85e5\u958b\u767c\u4e4b\u570b\u969b\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From left, National Health Research Institutes&#8217;
